This program is designed to support Indonesian students and alumni through small-group mentoring with experienced professionals and academics. As a mentee in the MGA Mentorship Program 2026, you will have the opportunity to: * Receive guidance from experienced professionals and academics * Build clarity for your academic and career journey * Grow your network with global Indonesian professionals and the MGA community * Join small-group mentoring (1 mentor : 1–8 mentees) for more meaningful discussions This program is designed to create a supportive space for learning, reflection, and growth. 🎓 Priority for MGA Members Mentee spots are currently prioritized for MGA members: * Current LPDP awardees at universities in the U.S. and Canada * LPDP alumni from universities in the U.S. and Canada ⭐️ Ideal Mentees We encourage applications from individuals who are: * Seeking guidance from professionals and academics * Open to feedback and personal growth * Able to commit actively to the program (March–May 2026) 📝 Important Note * If spots remain available, non-MGA applicants may also be accepted as mentees. * Non-MGA members are welcome to apply as facilitators to support mentors and mentees while contributing to Indonesian talent development. 📅 Program Timeline (Tentative) * Mentee Application: Feb 24 - 28, 2026 * Shortlisted Mentee Announcement: Mar 5 - 6, 2026 * Onboarding: Mar 6, 2026 * Mentorship Sessions: Mar 9 - May 28, 2026 * Program Closing: May 29, 2026 *Timeline is subject to change.
